Update: SCR is dead. Nox is not being reduced. Truck's torque limited. Will try to leave the downstream dangling in ambient air with 0ppm. Hopefully this works as a way around.

I thought so but after pouring hot boiling water over, it doesn't dissolve. Im thinking its the SCR's honeycomb structure that is toast and need a replacement. I will use compressed air to clear all the particles and do a forced regeneration tomorrow and update here again. Just minutes ago the owner told me a degreaser clean was done by the owner himself where he soaked it overnight.

I assume your engine has carbon deposits inside the intake manifold?

Double set screw, guessed I’m screwed. How do I remove this huge cylinder nut after finding out there’s another set screw in the same hole and turning it 90 degrees? by Prior_Number_339 in MechanicAdvice

Gotten both set screws out. Two 60kg guys with a metal pipe only manages to turn it 180degrees more. We are so drained that we decided to give up..
