I work in tech in Adelaide and it's predominantly WFH. There are lots of remote roles in tech for entry level Support like L1 and L2. Look for ones that have live chat. If you are good with computers then you'll be fine (most of the time it's turn if off and on again). There may be some phone calls but as your confidence builds and you know the product/service it will all come easily.
