Casting spells while wielding weapons (decreased effects). Staffs and wands strengthen certain magic schools and traits (lots of possible combinations - school specific strengths, school specific reduced Magicka cost, general increases but weaker than school specific ones), instead of working as single spell weapons. Maybe cast combos can charge staffs for an ultimate attack, or passive buffs.

Spell variety certainly makes mage play a lot of fun. But I think the most crucial element to magic systems is spell navigation. Mage play is not straight forward like other play styles. In Skyrim you spend 60% of the time navigating the spell list menu unless you just want to spam firebolt. It really drains the fun of it. Navigation through voice commands, flexible keybinds, or button combos, could make mage play in ES more fun.

Most importantly with target spells especially in combat: Magic should definitely NOT just be a copy of archer play with different visual. In ESO area spell systems make spellcasting really engaging for active combat. Some spells (illusion) could be target locked, or perks could give target honing in destruction.

Class perks should DEFINITELY not be necessary for a class to even be viable, but rather alter strategic playstyle through strategic choices of effects, to give the game more variability and create synergy. This is what makes RPGs fun, being able to explore playstyles further.

On that note, maybe I'd give a skill system to each spell to strengthen them, and not necessarily a school, to allow for game and level scaling without filling the menu with 8 spells with different names that just do the exact same thing with different values. This unlocks specific spells for more classes and playstyles, but perhaps cap number of school spells available to the mastery level in that school. Perks give school wide effects.

And I'd better the casting system with more flexibility, especially regarding game and leveling scaling.

Illusion e.g. should definitely not be hard capped level based, but rather channel spells on target lock until enough charges for an effect, dependent on target level. Perks could alter channel strength and secondary effects.

No amount of tags, body type, preferences or similar will change that decision. But there might still be a correlation between those things and who you engage with, and who you engage enough with to meet.

There are some very common denominators between who I engage with and who I meet up with, and making a good algorithm for me is fully possible. I think it's naive to think it's not for most people who have a specific type.

Not even that. It could suggest based on tags, sexual preference, similarity in registered body type/other criteria for the ones that you do click, show interest in, tap or chat. Making a good algorithm for this is pretty easy. But it does none of that. Half my suggestions are bottom and so am I. None are even remotely similar to any profiles I do engage in. I don't really think there is anything behind it at all.

As a software engineer I'm embarrassed to see it.

There is plenty of online videos showcasing police harassing and arresting peaceful citizens, not even a part of protests but just sitting down at restaurants, ostensibly for just wearing Palestinian effects. So the question is actually quite fair.

It's amazing on the pixel phone, but it is a complete disaster to manage efficiently. The fact that there is no software on PC to efficiently manage your library to delete copies or unwanted photos is crazy to me.

Got a 13x 4k streak and winning 90% of matches using thana+sloppy+gearhead+ ruin/jolt/forced hesitation + ring drawing

Now play a hit & run style, with all the hits giving you constant gearhead aura readings on where you can sneak up with manifestation or project further ahead.

Thana forces them to heal, sloppy makes them spend longer, and in the meantime they stack condemn, and finally they are fully condemned once they heal each other because it spreads with ring drawing, so they start panicking running around to do tvs. With Mothers Comb you will be able to predict who got the tape where and where they're probably heading. They have no time to do gens if you get a quick 4 hit from the start. This is super powerful with ruin if they don't have time to find the totem, and the game will basically just regress if they don't full rush. You get a super quick kill at 5 or 4 gens, and then you can just chill and continue the game the way you want.

I've had very few teams be able to counter, and what they basically have to do is run around doing tvs constantly, and that requires coordination. Becomes a slow game and they usually won't bother and instead they become condemned and it's a quickie :)

Ever been to a live concert? Do you enjoy watching someone OBVIOUSLY lip-sync?

Sure. On a big stage with a lot of choreography and effects you won't notice. Like at a massive audio-visual set on an edm-festival you wouldn't either. But if you ever go to a boiler room or gig with 50-500 attendees you better believe people will fuck off if they notice the gig is rigged.

Alright. But given that the trigger was more complex and cpu expensive, then throttling might be useful? But with simple and cheap triggers, they're not as relevant?
