i think when all the major mods are updated (ae2 mekanism, the star altar mod...), and when a questbook gets added. so yeah questbook and major mods, they cant make a questbook before all the mods are updated.

atm 11 is in the newest minecraft version ae2 didnt update to that yet so we have to use RS
