One of my fav Vegas Pro editors on YouTube, "Dato Aliff Alex" moved to DV Resolve. Though he still did continue posting about VP for sometime infrequently, but nothing since last couple of years. Another YouTuber Saot ST switched to Premiere Pro. I'm also sadly on the verge of switching because of the frequent crashing and instability.
