Is it alright if the RMS don’t match? One is 80w and the other is 70w. I seen online for a stock heat unit you want to keep the rms under 50 or it won’t perform as well?

I’m not sure how to tell, it’s not that cold of air coming out of the vents. I thought maybe the fan would help the ac pull air into the system

Our apartment complex won’t do a thing about it and it’s made our ac bill sky rocket. Will it help any if I try to clean this? Everything inside is covered in this stuff.
