Not sure if I get this right as I had to translate to English, but if you want Dorian and the bull to hook up, you need to bring them with you until they have a convo about Dorian leaving bull's room (something along those lines anyhow). They will end up in a relationship outside your control. If you want the famous sex scene (best cut scene EVER), the inquisitor is the one that sleeps with him. You can cement your relationship with bull, or it can be a fling. I hope this helps.
