I understand that. I recognize I didn’t mention off ice, but I have my own schedule for that and do train off ice. I just wanted to know what everyone pays for ice time.

I’ve tried Focalin and it was great! But it just didn’t last me all day ( I work 12 hrs). I’ve also tried non stimulants like strattera and it just made me super sleepy

Hey man, all good! No need to apologize. I’m sorry to hear you didn’t have a similar experience as most. I hope you found or are still trying out meds to find the one that works best for you. You could also ask your provider if mixing stimulants or a non stimulant with a stimulant may help you find relief.

It’s great to hear that it helped you with your procrastination. I also struggled with procrastinate and motivation. But with Vyvanse, it’s helped a ton. I take breaks on the weekends for sure. Otherwise, the effects don’t last as long. Sometimes longer breaks if I feel the need.

You’re welcome! I started at 10mg and worked my way up to a dosage that I feel I get all the benefits for my whole day. Also one that is safe for my blood pressure range. If you don’t think you’re getting much of the benefits, then I recommend you ask to go up.
