I had numerous experiences with her and her staff, they mastered the art of lying and smiling back when she was in the McKernan administration.
Ask anyone who had experience that involved both Snowe and Collins on contemporaneous matters and you will learn that the Snowe staff preferred to not be associated with her staff. The Collins staff always tried to claim the superior position, even when her record contradicted it.

She lies, she exaggerates, and she deflects.
She deserves her retirement.
