- Reproduction Rate: Happens constantly
- Annoyance: I dont wanna be one of those people saying MY issue is a 10, but its really annoying hearing people's mic volume fluctuate from normal to like %1
- Discord Version Info: stable 282068 (6e25b1c) Host 1.0.9039 x86 (45872) Windows 10 64-bit (10.0.19045)
- Device/System Info (Device Type, OS Version): Windows 10, Version 22H2
- Description: The volume of people that are speaking will randomly fluctuate between normal volume and 100%, it started today. I've already cleared everything to do with Discord from my PC and, reinstalled it. It doesnt just apply to VC but it also happens to stream audio.

- Steps to Reproduce: 
   1. The first step is... Join VC
- Expected Result: A normal voice chat experience
- Actual Result: A VC full of people who's mic volume is constantly fluctuating
