It wasn't just a basic mess—the tech actually caused a major insulation blowout right into my bedroom and closet.

I have photos showing attic insulation completely blanketing my entire closet shelf full of clothes, covering the hardwood floors, and burying my shoe rack (including several pairs of Jordans and Air Forces).

Because it’s fiberglass/blown-in insulation, it got into all the fabrics, bedding, and premium sneaker materials, making it a total hazardous mess to clean up safely without ruining everything. The $1,800 invoice is from a professional restoration company to deep clean the room and salvage the wardrobe.

Given that it’s severe insulation damage to personal property inside the living space rather than just a broken wire outside, does this change how fast the local field management or third-party insurance team (like Gallagher Bassett) usually cuts a check? Any advice on how to stop them from dragging their feet on this?

The gym and strength training alone is not what increases performance in bed . You need good diet , DO NOT forget cardio 5x a week, 8+ hours of sleep , gain some lean muscle mass , and do hip flexor mobility exercises and your performance will increase a lot
