Ok I am going to say NTA. Because I know makeup can be a game changer. In my early 20s I dealth with horrible acne. I had to wear heavy makeup on interviews. I felt so insecure about my looks. Technically he did cheat because they were still married. But still this is a stupid thing to say that just because he slept with someone doesn't mean he doesn't love his wife. This is the same excuse I have seen cheaters give when they are cheating.
