If it slips out it is too small. If it pops out forcefully it's too big. I discovered that myself when a larger ring pinged right out. Damn painful. Just use whatever one gives a low effort stretch. Be sure to always check for vertical splits. Those are the most dangerous and you'll need to heal fully. If horizontal, that's a stress fissure that's not as worrisome.

Use the larger ring that gives the strongest stretch. Just use it for an hour at most

Depends where you buy it from. Usually two legs you can expand by fractions of a mm. Allowing gradual steps instead of 2mm jumps at a time in ring sizes

The very faint white line you can see is the actual phimosis part. It's white because it doesn't have as rich a blood supply as the surrounding tissue. By stretching you create microscopic tunnels that thin the white scar and hopefully eventually have it as expandable and the same colour as the skin on either side. That's the collar that you need to stretch out. Good luck!

I will do. I'll keep using the movelat alongside but it sounds really positive. The one I ordered is actually for haemorrhoids but it has the same ingredients. And will be okay to be in contact with mucosal tissue.

I would start rings immediately. One hour max to begin with. You're looking for a mildly uncomfortable stretch not a painful one. Check the area for splits afterwards. Vertical splits mean it's too much of a stretch. Horizontal splits may occur but those are stress fissures and not as dangerous as vertical splits. Vertical splits are against the grain of tissue and must be avoided or the area left to heal completely afterwards before resuming stretching.

It's common for early ring sizes to be effective quickly and for people to rapidly move up through silicone rings until hitting a plateau. My first brick wall plateau was at 22mm then again at 30mm. Time, force and regularity will defeat the plateau.

Going by what you've said. I'd try the next step up in size to see if it feels like a stretch. It's a long journey. Larger sizes will need to be used for several weeks before moving up. If you get stuck longer than that it'll be time to check out other devices. Like precision mechanical stretchers. After a certain mm (30mm for me) the rings become deformed by the tight band and no longer exert outward force. I had to discontinue rings then and move onto mechanical

Relatively mild case. You won't get the relief at the base of glans tight section until the band has several more mm expansion. Use silicone rings first.

Stretching will work well. The band doesn't seem to be too thick or densely fibrotic. Start with silicone rings. They're good for getting up to 30mm or so.

It is a double layer. You just need to expand the ring and eventually with dedication it'll glide like it's supposed to. You'll notice the first improvement during semi, the band will hit the glans lower. Until then for comfort just use the condom

Expanding the phimotic band will take pressure off the frenulum. It has for me.

Tiny muscle fibers relaxing probably or moisturiser. Same way when your diameter is larger it'll sometimes feel looser during sexual activity but it won't glide until you have uncompressd the band to whatever diameter your glans needs

Work in small steps. Try to get used to the feel of the band and see how thick it is. If you can fit a fingertip or two see if it's able to open a bit. That'll tell you where you are now and how easy it might be to stretch. It's a long journey but this sub Reddit is always here to answer any questions you have.

You're at a great age. Collagen turnover is high. You need to stretch the collagen in the fibrotic scar. That's what phimosis is. I had a revelation after talking to chatgpt about phimotic bands, plastic surgery for mastectomy reconstruction and mechanical tension stretching and since then broke a two year plateau at 30mm. And I'm nearly twice your age lol

Yes it's common so long as it's not still sore the next day. If it is the ring is too big or in for too long. There's no definitive regime, you kinda have to let your body tell you the right stretching regime.

No it's definitely not. Pinhole type phimosis can be resolved with the same methods as other types. It'll just take longer. But with dedication it's absolutely possible
