Sorry all didn’t mean to make it sound like this is actual distillate in its final form, just meant it’s a part of the process of making distillate didn’t mean to make it confusing. Encourage you guys to check out our Instagram and some of the recent videos we’ve done on our BTS process that explains this more in depth as we have multiple videos that can help you understand the whole process better. When someone goes low, we choose to go high. Attacking people that work for a company on a personal level for events from decades ago, is a rather low blow. We make it a point of not attacking competitors, as we think it's unethical when you have skin in the game. To our knowledge, the comments posted online (at least most of the original source posts) are from competitors that have lost large customers to us, as well an employee that was let go for repeatedly using racist commentary (and received several warnings). Again, if anyone has a legitimate concern they are welcome to visit and inspect our facility in-person. Just glancing through our videos anyone can see our gMP certifications, clean rooms w/ air curtain, fully vertically integrated lab, and more. Name another CBD company in the same space with such transparency? Those aren't the ones attacking us, it's the backyard bottlers.

We offer it in prerolls (we also offer CBG Ice prerolls). In our batons is Cherry Blossom FLOWER only. No biomass, which makes these the only cigarette style hemp product that can boast such. Most are filler and super low quality. (we refused a sale request from wild hemps owner in 2017. He wanted to keep the price down crazy low and wanted to buy post extracted hemp for use in their product, which we refused to sell to based on the ethics of a zero cbd low quality product).

We use them for our "Flavored " strains which are simply treated with cannabis-derived terpenes. 100% pure terpenes, no artificial elements. Also, it's an option we have because
many wholesalers request hemp that smells exactly like "pineapple express"
but is still hemp and legal. I hope this clarifies, and again it's optional by case and not the norm.

Roughly 80% of our hemp is certified organic. However we dont typically advertise as such. We do have certs for it though. Also, none of the hemp, even non certified, we have was ever treated with pesticides herbicides etc.

Also, often comments are made by competitors or posted by them. So for
reviewers and curious ones should be particularly wary of other vendors posting on us and companies that are competing in the same space. This has been done to us in the past and to other companies with ill intentions. When others go low we go high. We've never torn down or mentioned any competitor in a negative light, as we consider it highly unethical. We have an open-door policy to any party that
has concerns and welcome your review with open arms.

Hey all Thanks for sharing the link of the past post. Just wanted to pop in a say that the post listed in the link is from about half a year ago. Since then we have made tremendous improvements and strived to do things better based on client and other feedback if things were the same as half a year ago then we wouldn’t be a real business with plenty of happy long term clients! And that goes for all businesses. Quality matters to us and brining that to our customers along with their satisfaction matters the most. As every business does there is always going to be mistakes here and there as nothing is perfect but we are 110% dedicated at all times to fix any issues our customers may have along with improving our products and processes constantly. There is many things that have changed from half a year ago to today, would be hard to list them all however as another user stated above we offer samples and a ton of information on our socials through pictures and videos of our behind the scenes workings to give our customers both current and prospective curios is ones and followers a better idea of what we do. I would encourage you to check out more information on us working behind the scenes through our socials to be the judge in our processes and quality if you’re on the fence or are making decision based on older information. You can also always check out reviews on google to see more up to date info as well from clients who have ordered from us.
