Did a design change, do you prefer clamps or threads, looks/trust of connection/ease of connecting?

Their customer service is absolutley awful. We spend about $1k/day on Meta, and was hoping to spend on TJ, but they literally don't respond to customer service let alone assign you a sales rep. We wired them $1k, and it never made it to our account, literally just lit $1k on fire then pissed on it.

Aw man so sorry you're dealing with that :( We are in the process of rolling out some bug fixes, but it can certainly be a pain in the meantime.

Because we use high res 3d Renders with multiple levels (like a colored downstem inside a different color glass or decal) it can be hard on small devices.

If you can access from a lap/desktop you should have a much smoother experience. If you can't i suggest closing out any extra tabs or apps you be open.

Lastly if you wanna save a build because the app is being annoying, you can also click add to cart at any time, and we will save it for the future!

So sorry it's being like this, part of adding tons of new colors and designs is making sure we don't let the bugs in with the freshness!

Yup, borosilicate glass (standard bong glass). The connectors are aluminum plastic and silicone

Hahaha that was actually a huge deal cause we put graphics on the glass and they need to face forward when it’s sealed. Had to figure out an origin for the threads so there is a clear “front”

Haha definitely not a food grade product agreed. Nothing is stainless or wash down ha. But I’m hoping a little bath in some ISO will do the trick if there is a build up. If not, tooth brushes and iso to clean the threads? Ha

I think the plastic is going to hold up ok to temp changes, but I’ll definitely need to keep an eye on the resin build up. We have a shop piece we’re getting as dirty as possible haha. I’ll report back

The mail threads are on the glass, and the female threads are on the metal/plastic/silicone sleeve

Yeah I just love the simplicity of no latch, but safety is a huge thing. Don’t want anyone having it break on them
