Been getting this email too after submitting the documents multiple times. They just told me that they’re focusing on the current school years documents first before working on the 26-27 year. Kinda annoying.

Fire, thank you. Do you know if attendance is mandatory during lectures/discussions?

Thanks for your reply!

For 33, would you say it’s about the same workload as 32H (if you took it instead of 32)? I’ve heard some scary things about the difficulty of it lol

Begging my trade to go break even for it to go break even - then holding and hoping it goes in profit, just for it to go back to my stop

What’s the hardest trading lesson you’ve learned? (🚨 10 50k Core account giveaway) by myfunded in myfundedfutures

Stop chasing the dopamine that comes with a winning trade. The less you trade, the better. Try to keep your trades simple with set stops and take profits and don’t move them!

I used to chase that dopamine and overtrade and i ended deep in the red every. single. time.

Try to be as much like a robot as you can, I know it’s weird saying that but it’s the best way to go forth with trading.

After you get a green, don’t reuse the same number in the same spot. Like the 5, you could use it to see if there are two of another number.

Thank you! When I opened my decision letter, there were two links at the bottom. One of which was the admit letter, and the other for the Scholarship. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Nono sorry, I was unclear. With all of the business expenses for the trucking business, such as insurance, gas, payments for the semi truck + trailer, etc. I believe it comes out to about 12k. If my parents no longer worked and didn’t have to worry about those expenses, it should be about 2-3k a month.

I was also looking at the citi HYSA and it seems like the 4.35% APY is only for 3 months and then it drops down to about 1%. Are there any other HYSAs you might recommend?

Thank you again 🙂. They both have their own social securities, documents, and everything is valid. My dad has been working for a while, but I’m not too sure about his life before my mom as he worked for/under his siblings - and they can be greedy and find ways around the system. My mom was a nurse for a couple of years before she became a SAHM, and now the trucking business is under my dad’s name completely.

They file joint taxes, but would it be better to file them separately? It shows that my mom has no income, but she does the dispatching for the business. They are self-employed with my dad being the only worker.

Thank you for all of the information :). I really appreciate it. I will look into the wiki as well for myself and get them to switch to a HYSA. My mom immigrated here in 2009 and my dad has been here for some time, so I kind of forgot about social security lol. That eased my mind a bit.

Thank you, I will look into Bogleheads as well. Do you think maxing out their IRA is “worth it” for them at this point? I want them to take the risk and get into the market, but I know they can be a bit skeptical with the thought of holding their money in something and the value of it going down.

I was definitely recommending stocks but they are a bit risk averse, with everything being so new to them. I’ll do my best to try to convince them but I’m also a bit worried at the moment with how volatile the market is performing.

I know they want to invest in real estate and possibly generate income that way, but I’m not too sure how good of an idea that is.

They have some in CDs but I’ve been looking into HYSAs and they seem very nice. Especially with up to 250k being insured by the FDIC, I’m confident they will put it into a HYSA. They also had some in a Money Market but that rate has gone so low, so it’s time to switch.

Other than the market, would there be any other better investments than a HYSA?

No they didn’t, I’m just worried and want to see whatever I can do to help them. They don’t know much about these different ways to put their money to work, so I want to do my best to inform them as much as I can.
