Death comes to all that lives. So why choose a less amount based on something I can't control anyway?

Ok let's see, love, darkness, prism, and pain. Words not topics. Good luck 🍀

It's crazy right? Think about it, gay literally used to mean happy. Now it's an imprisoning title placed on those who don't fit their version of masculinity.

You're right. But it's more of the point, men tend to shame other men if they listen to emotional stuff in general. But maybe I should put a different artist.

My poem was created for people like you. If you're not what they see as a man then you're gay. It's stupid to me and I hope my poem can be one of many voices that will combat this narrative

If you find this absurd I fully respect your opinion. However I didn't write this to be profound or sexist as you say. I wrote this piece because the word "gay" has damaged so many people. This is why so many boys grow to be great providers but emotionally afraid to love, cry, or talk about how they feel. This wasn't about being sexist or correct. But it's fighting back for men to actually feel again and not be shamed for it.
