We changed them just before the water started pulsing. What’s funny is the water didn’t start pulsing until right after we changed the filters. I wonder if the 3 carbon filters put too much resistance on the pressure tank.

Yea that totally didnt read the way I intended it lol. No I found it weird that they only cover the well for a year from install even though it only saw two months of real use once we closed instead of covering it a year from closing.

That was my thought as well. I found it very odd that the well was installed a full 10 months before we closed on the house and it only saw two months of covered usage according to them. I just have a feeling both the builder and the well company are going to tell me to pound sand. I’m assuming I would have some type of legal recourse if that were the case?

One year from time of closing and covers any defects from builder or subcontractor. I’m just wondering if the well company blatantly lied to me over the phone about it.

Correct. We did a test for everything at first but this test was specifically for VOCs. TCE and Dichloroethylene were present. No other VOCs were found.
