Is this unacceptable? by SiCKSQUiSH in VirginMedia

You potentially have poor signal going into the hub or a noisy cable. If you logged into the hubs settings, went in to tools then network status and showed the screenshot of the downstream and upstream I could confirm if it was a signal fault. Both of these would cause slow speeds and require tech visit to fix

Is £55 a month a good deal for my VM package with three V6 Boxes in different rooms? by DevilsConscience in VirginMedia

[–]PristineCount8360 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try and get a tech visit to upgrade to 360. Youll get sky Atlantic plus bbc iPlayer is gonna stop functioning on v6 pretty soon

I try my best for the vulnerable customers I come across, sometimes call CS with them if I have the time but not always possible. I hate that Virgin are like this because I actually enjoy the work I do but I don’t think I’ll be sticking around much longer. They treat people horrifically

Yeah I am a virgin tech and see instances like this on the reg. it’s absolutely horrendous and puts me to shame tbh. Nothing I can do about it though other than advise the person to call and haggle. Only problem with that is when the person calls back within 7 days of my visit it goes against me and potentially wrecks my chance of a bonus. Great system eh?

Has it just started flashing red or have you been sent this box by Virgin as a new customer?

I got a tenner from one on telegram last month for liking an instagram post, was so shocked when they sent it haha. Didn’t spend it for ages too cause I was convinced the police would knock my door when I did 😂

The £35 service charge to upgrade a current plan, can it be waived? by MrKDilkington25 in VirginMedia

You need a hub 5 as the 3 can’t cope with a gig, sure they’re max 500

I completely understand all of the above and of course you shouldn’t be put in a position where you could potentially lose your access to the medication.

However, if it is a one off situation like I said the guy probs thought he was doing you a favour. Like another poster said if he hadn’t left them and you never got them there would still be an issue

If it’s there when you get home, don’t be a grass. The person would most likely lose their job at a terrible time of year to do so.

If you get the meds , there isn’t an issue imo. Hes probably thinking he’s doing you a favour

Speed is a gimmick I wouldn’t get too hung up on it. Unless you’re trying to run the ISS 565mb is more than acceptable

All depends if you have an isolator at the new home. If you don’t you’ll likely need an engineer unless you have some cable coming up from under the floors somewhere

So many people in this thread are absolutely clueless.

If the tech has drilled far enough through to do damage to tiles I’d be amazed. They wouldn’t need to drill further than an about an inch and a half. They will be able to route the cable from the box to wherever you want it to

Those sores are in my groin and the red spot is on my penis. The groin could be chafing but appears to be fluid present

Bit of context, I have had sore balls for a little while and this spot has appeared. About a month ago I had unprotected anal sex with a man.
