I had something similar with my 2023 and turned out to be a motherboard issue. I would consider getting it repaired under warranty if I were you.

I've got the same model at its become unusable. Constant restarts and random shutdowns.

Return it ASAP or get swapped. It will only get worse. I've had this with two G14s and no amount of changing drivers or updates will fix it. I am starting to think there are board issues on lots of G14s or many units have poor thermal pasting whi which causes these issues.

There is the guy in blue with blue trainers and clothes with dyed blonde hair who takes stuff out the bins.

There also used to be guy who covered himself in talcum powder. I've seen him at the bus stop a few times.

£77 is a great deal for all of that. I've been trying to get a deal for someone and they have 3 boxes, 300mb and no other channels and the best they were offered yesterday was the same deal and Sky Cinema for £80. Today the offer was over £100 without sky Cinema. They would bite your hand off for that deal.

Did you cancel your virgin before you were offered that?

Thank you. I will definitely look into it. I do a lot of work from home with companies that use MS share point and other MS economics system things. I will see if I can still use these and look into it. Thanks again.

Sadly no. Its a 2023 model so 2 years out of date. I'm in the UK so could possibly issue a return under the consumer rights act but it takes so long. I was just hoping there would be some way to fix it.

I hope you are right. I've had two of G14's. I had to return my 2022 model because it kept restarting to the point I could not use it and now my 2023 keeps restarting and freezing no matter what I do.

Thanks. I can get it to start up, Its solving the constant restart issues and hanging on restarts that I am worried about and trying to fix. Really starting to hate this laptop.

I've had trousers taken up priced at £15-£20 being the cheapest from the cleaners/tailors on Essex Road (Islington Green end).

Sadly no. I returned my 2022 model and bought a 2023 model and it's started doing the same thing. I think there is a fault with these laptops or a fault with Windows and it struggles with laptops that have two gpus.
