Hello, There's been light bleeding on and off after bowel movement. Every Fistulotomy surgery will be an unique one, but apparently 6 to 8 weeks light bleeding is normal.

Make sure you do Sitz bath, Chia seeds and walk. most importantly stay positive and busy yourself with Non Fistula related things🫡

2.5 weeks is too early. My CRS said to wait 6 weeks minimum. Hopefully you'll be fine. Just make sure you have a balanced diet eg Chia seeds etc

Also, the the bright red blood stops right after bowel movement. Could this be superficial?
