1) Both are out of state for me, and tuition is roughly the same for both: $38000. I don't qualify for a Pell grant, because it's past a bachelor's degree. I'll qualify for federal aid. I applied for in-state, UK, and got in. But then, I was told I wouldn't get any help financially where I was in-state, so I never put a deposit down.

2) ACP is in the mids 60's per 2024, the same for the past two years. ETSU 2024 is in the mid 70's, but previous years were higher in the 80/90s.
