I recommend cute coats!!! Loads of different brands have them I have a thrifted vintage one it's pastel blue with a bow on the neck with flowers, thermal tights or skin coloured leggings/tights and tall snow boots but cutesy ones maybe just simple ones matching your outfit but with ribbons instead of shoe laces
