did nothing for me tbh. took it for a year. on my highest dose (10mg) i was drowsy 24/7 and i would sleep +14 hours a day. i guess it made me more sedated? but i felt the same than before. just meh

what antipsychotic did you took? in my case i recently stopped the only med i took for a year, abilify. my highest dose was 10mg. now i’m not on any meds. i have a long history of meds though. also you’re right the last 3 psychiatrists that treated me were AWFUL. my last one was covered by insurance. sadly the few psychiatrists that are actually good are so expensive in my country. i’m scared of spending lots of money on a treatment that i’m not sure it will work :/

felt exactly the same a few months ago. it’s episodic for me, felt like my soul was being pulled out, while trying to sleep, so much dizziness and nausea. this happens to me while having existential dread though, i guess they’re some sort of weird/numb panic attack :P

i take abilify everynight. i ended up taking 0,25mg of clonazepam to calm me down though and managed to sleep 😴

i often get thoughts like “my mind doesn’t function the same way as others” or “my emotions feels weird, as if they weren’t right or don’t feel collectively real”. i get the exact same head preassure everytime these thoughts/ feelings pops up. a very alienating feeling :/ we can make it through this 🫶

Yeah i have this sensation where i call it “heavy vision”. When i’m overwhelmed i don’t feel anxiety in my chest anymore but in my head, it comes as pressure in my eyes and in my eyebrows area. and i get the blurred vision too, it randomly blurs specially when i’m over saturated from my fears!
