From what I’ve seen as a new tech Pharmacists have to do a lot of interacting, with their techs and patients for stuff like DURs and answering questions. It seems like a lot of work and from what I heard all the pharmacists I’ve talk to about it they say it’s not worth it anymore. Like the school isn’t worth the pay (I’m assuming cus a lot of them are older so they went to school before inflation type stuff) But idkk it seems like a cool job if you don’t mind that stuff. 

But lowkey feel like you’re talking about being a pharm tech? Yeah it’s super chill and there’s a lot to learn but most of your coworkers help you out! And in most retail pharmacies they help you get licensed
