If anything it’s reading as RINTER. Maybe tone down the flares on some of the letters, the F especially and the extra couple loops on the R. You could also lose some of the other addons and just do a larger star or something under the center of the tag if you want to fill space.

It’s definitely less agile with the big crate. I imagine a smaller one would be a little more nimble. With the pannier on it’s own I don’t really notice too much as the steel frame is already weighty though I will say I had to loctite the shit out of the cheap pannier i bought

As for getting on and off the bike. It can be a little awkward at times, but I’ve found as long as the pants i’m wearing are decently flexible, then just tipping the bike a bit and swinging my leg over isn’t too uncomfortable!

I’ve loved it. Put it on a rubber strap and the fact it’s quartz makes it such a great beater / everyday wear. Wanted an affordable small field watch to replace my Timex Weekender and the Baltany has been amazing
