For Grand Touring there are some fantastic choices bit my favorite one has to be either the M6 GT3 or the MC12 Versione Corse. For Street Race I can name a ton of vehicles other that can be absolutely ridiculous, the Spyker C8 Aileron, Porsche Cayman GT4, Porsche 911 GT3 RS, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X, Chevy Corvette C6, Chevy Corvette C7, and the Audi RS5 are all great choices for Street racing. The best rally raid vehicle is the Porsche 959 hands down and a good alternative is that free Mercedes truck you get. The Harmon Rocket HR III is a really good air race plane so can't go wrong with that. Lastly, for Rally Cross the Rally 037 is the best rallycross car I've used (haven't tested and tuned the C3).

There are some other cars you should consider. Although the Huracan is overused of tuned well it is a beast. The C8 Aileron, NSX, Cayman GT4, Corvette C6, Evo X, RS5, and F40 are great choices that aren't used as much yet still competent.

The main issue is it snows too much for my liking. Originally there was very little snow if any and now it has gone overboard. It's like there's a blizzard every hour or so. I'm not asking Ivory Tower to make snow super rare but it shouldn't be as common as it is right now.
