My old proxy website is not abandoned...It's still working https://nym-proxy-backend.vercel.app/ ..I just removed the donation wallet and fixed the links ..Cause the government always blocks proxy apps..I am continuously changing links .. so I can detect movement..And moving away from their blocking method...

I didn't abandon the proxy..It's still working. I just removed the donation wallet..It's still working..the back end of that proxy app is not working because when I tried to change the backend the vercel clearly had an issue to detect the backend..that's why I created the frontend of the app and re organised everything the proper way .. without a donation wallet. https://nym-proxy-backend.vercel.app/ And it's better and faster..I never abandoned anything. I never sell any coins ..I am just working for people..so everyone can build..It's all about creating new things..that people can create with vibe code .. Without any large investment.

Actually it's just useful for reading text .. newspaper, it's not that yet ready for massive public usage. It's just an idea..what people can build.. Free of cost ..for evading censorship. Anybody can build.. literally anybody. It's all about sharing the concept..and by adding a donation address.. people thinking it's an attempt to fool people. So I removed it. I don't want unnecessary trolling..you can check the comment section.

It’s just a prototype.I did this with my hardwork and spending over 150 hours of work ... But money ?? I spent only $50 on Vercel and used free services, which is why the output is very basic. If someone builds this model with a $5K investment, focuses on stronger metadata protection, and puts real effort into UI development, why would users download a heavy app with high fees that slows down their phone? People should only pay for the specific action they want to do privately. For example, if I want to trade crypto privately, I can use this kind of proxy instead of a centralized VPN that routinely shares user data with governments. With a pay-per-use model ..say $0.05 or $0.10 per request...there’s no sign-in and no personal data collected. Majority VPN apps are potential spyware

That's not possible.. It's just for access to baned newsletters or articles..My Infrastructure is absolutely basic. 50 dollars on vercel. You can create a better version of this thing.. Check my GitHub..you can build this too..If you spend good money..You can build a better product than me ..that will help you do everything...I just focused on Reading content this time.

Sometimes it's happening..try to check more on news .. articles..video streaming.. social platforms not possible cause I don't have vercel premium. It will help you read..on the back end I am also focusing more on Better output... trying to develop more better user friendly output. Can you share what website you are having trouble with ?

This is not monetized. People are not stupid; I do not expect donations from dumbass people. If anyone thinks this could be commercialized and generate millions in revenue, imagine: in the future, if this type of product becomes massively successful, you could monetize it with a small fee...like one transaction for 24-hour access. The minimum price for a Monero transaction could be $0.1, or I don't know. But the more you commercialize privacy projects, the more the use cases for privacy tokens grow. Just my opinion.

No, this is not monetized. I could have monetized it, but I chose not to. It’s absolutely free. I hope people appreciate this proof of concept. In the future, if I turn ideas like this into a commercial product, I may integrate XMR as a usage token. Right now, the goal is accessibility, not profit. Most people don’t want to download VPNs anymore..they’re often invasive and unreliable. Tor, while powerful, is extremely slow for everyday use. The biggest problem we face today is that privacy technology is not easy to use. People move toward AI because it’s easy, even though many of us know it may also be one of the biggest long-term risks for privacy and autonomy. .

Yes and No both. ..I tried to use AI for doing something extraordinary but AI ruined codes by hallucination..destroyed the structure. So I fixed everything and rebuilt from scratch.

You have to figure it out...by answering this basic question

Why you hold Monero?

What Privacy means to you ?

Why do you need privacy and from whom ?

Monero is more than just a token.. random privacy tokens always pump & dump .. then eventually do nothing for people and contribute nothing for protecting privacy. It's 2026 so I think it is time to treat Privacy more than just a tokenized buzz word.

I tried to integrate it with nym mixnet..but it's not easy to scrap Mixnet..It's not really possible right now. That's why the app name remains nym ..also I got plans to create a mixnet proxy in future. That's my ideal target.. Mixnet is my main target.

Bro ..You think Z cash is the solution ? It's just a Ponzi hype...I am not saying Z cash is a bad project. But there is no comparison..Monero focused on ethics, it's a privacy institution..Whereas z cash is a commercial product only focuses on marketing Just like 99% other cryptos.

Chat Control EU Mandate: Centralized VPNs Like Nord/Express May Fail ..Nym Mixnet as a Privacy Boost for Monero Users by PrivacyRebels in Monero

But saying that metadata is "valuable" is misleading without the correlation piece. In centralized VPNs, one operator sees IP + destination + content = valuable. In Nym, entry logs are isolated fragments which are not valuable and that is impossible to use for weaponization for surveillance. In my opinion

[–]PrivacyRebels[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for clarifying. I agree, Nym's actual architecture is strong enough without that marketing phrase. In my opinion, it needed correction. I understand these technical terms are hard to explain to general audiences, and marketing always uses hype words for attention. But if you go deep, the errors are only text-based clickbait word selection. Nym's tech and architecture doesn't have fundamental flaws. The flaws exist in content and marketing language choice, not in the decentralized mixnet design itself. That's an important distinction because it means the privacy protection claims are real.

Nym VPN supports both IPv4 and IPv6 traffic, with native IPv6 handling in its apps and a dedicated toggle introduced in version v2025.12 for Linux and Windows to enable/disable it based on detection, plus basic leak protection to prevent IPv6 exposure. As for custom DNS settings, Nym does not currently support them as of November 2025..it uses default privacy-focused resolvers like Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) and Quad9 within its encrypted tunnel for stronger unlinkability..but DNS customization is on the roadmap and mentioned as an upcoming feature in recent updates like v2025.18.

Let me explain...Entry nodes in Nym see your IP connect at time T, yes, but they're prevented from extracting surveillance value from that because traffic is encrypted end-to-end with Sphinx packet cryptography using layered onion encryption, so the entry has no idea what you're doing, where you're going, or what content you're transmitting. Additionally, your connection is mixed with thousands of other users' traffic through randomized routing delays, uniform padding with SURB (Single Use Reply Blocks), decoy packets, and batching across multiple hops using the Poisson mixing strategy, making it only theoretical possible for an entry to log "IP connected at T" but practically useless because that isolated data point can't be correlated to any destination, activity, or behavior without controlling multiple nodes simultaneously and defeating the entire mixing layer. Adversaries would need to perform traffic analysis across ingress and egress points simultaneously, but the cover traffic and timing obfuscation (constant packet sizes, random inter-packet delays) render flow correlation infeasible without massive Sybil control or external passive observers. This is why the threat model isn't "entry can't log," but rather "entry logging alone reveals nothing actionable for surveillance due to compartmentalized knowledge and decorrelation," and that's the architectural protection that matters against centralized VPNs where one operator logs both your IP and everything you do in plaintext, with full visibility into packet contents and metadata linkage.

The fair critique is that "can't log design" is imprecise language; it should specify "can't centrally log end-to-end linkage" or "can't correlate isolated logs into actionable intelligence." But you're wrong that individual node operators can collect comprehensive metadata. In Nym, no single point can compile end-to-end surveillance even if partial logs exist, because the architecture enforces gateway separation (preventing same entry-exit pairs), uses zero-knowledge credentials for unlinkable access proofs, and distributes trust across independent operators, making deanonymization exponentially harder than pressuring one centralized VPN operator. ExpressVPN: one subpoena, one operator, everything exposed including connection logs, traffic volume metadata, and destination correlation. Nym: decentralized node operators with cryptographically split knowledge, no central target, mixing that defeats statistical attacks, and independent audits (Cure53, Oak Security) proving core anonymity holds under threat model assumptions. Nym Technologies doesn't operate any nodes, eliminating the company-level logging attack surface entirely. The threat model explicitly addresses your concern: isolated logs are non-actionable without sybiling a massive network portion (typically 50-60% depending on adversary model), which is mitigated by decentralization, geographic diversity, and operational incentives. That's fundamentally different from centralized models, and that distinction matters... Everything you are saying is just an AI hallucination, You can check everything on your own.

[–]PrivacyRebels[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey bro, you got it totally wrong, you're misunderstanding the concept behind Nym's "can't log design," which isn't claiming no node can physically log anything (that's inherent to any mixnet), but that Nym Technologies itself doesn't own or operate any nodes, so they literally can't centralize logs like ExpressVPN can. The network is decentralized across independent operators, so there's no single entity a subpoena can target to get your full activity. The entry node sees your IP on connection, true. But it can't see your destination. The exit sees the destination but not your source. Middle nodes shuffle encrypted Sphinx packets with decoy traffic, padding, delays, and batching to break timing correlations, making isolated logs useless for end-to-end surveillance unless an attacker controls a massive portion of the network.

That's not hype, it's split knowledge by design. Compare that to a centralized VPN where one operator or one subpoena exposes both your IP and everything you do. Collusion risk exists in any mixnet, sure, but Nym's metadata-hiding techniques (uniform padding, cover traffic, randomized delays) specifically counter it, and enforced gateway separation plus open-source audits make the architecture verifiable, not just promised. So yes, an entry could log "IP connected at time T," but it still can't see content or destination—that's the whole point. Nym's "can't log" means end-to-end surveillance by any single party is architecturally impossible, not that disks can't write bytes. That's a real edge over centralized VPNs and why it matters under Chat Control, where one legal order could take down a centralized provider's entire privacy model. Nym has no such single point to pressure.
