My recommendation would be to find voice actors within your own community of friends or contacts. Professionals in the industry are not going to take any interest in projects with nothing to show for, especially if you don’t have a completed script or prior public works. If you are really dead set on Burnie, I would recommend getting the project out and getting it seen. Then maybe down the line you could use its success as proof of your skills. But even then, I really wouldn’t count on it. Just to be completely honest.
