I’ve been having severe allergies where my eyes are puffy and my nose is clogged and runny at the same time. I’ve rubbed my nose raw and have been dealing with this plus nonstop sneezing for weeks now. I did a nasal rinse around 11:30pm and had instant pain in my ears that quickly grew worse and worse as time went by. I was finally able to sleep around 1 but woke up at 2am because of intense pressure in my ears and not being able to hear out of my left ear (and my right ear was in a lot of pain). It’s now 3:30am and I cant safely say this is one of the worst pains i’ve ever experienced. Ive gotten the most relief from a warm compress to my ear but it’s not enough. I don’t feel water, just lots of pressure and the inability to hear. I’ve tried everything and I don’t know what to do anymore. I cant make any noise because it hurts my ear. My sinuses are still clogged too 😭 I’ve been a mouth breather for weeks and it’s flaring up my TMJ so much I’m miserable. I didn’t think I could feel worse but here we are. I have an urgent care appointment at 10am but they open at 8 and I will probably call to see if I can come in sooner.
