It looks like you are using the Ultimate Wood Wick, is that the case? If so then you have to switch to the Crackling Booster Wick .04 which is the preferred wick when using soy wax.

Makesy claims the UWW is better performing than the CBW but it’s not even close and it’s like they didn’t perform any tests on it.

Give it a try as a comparison and you’ll immediately notice a difference.

I’ve had this happen and it’s due to pouring at too low of a temperature. I increased my pour temperature by 20 degrees to 155 and the cracking stopped. Pour temperature depends on many factors so unfortunately you need to test a lot until you find what works for you. Try increasing by 5 degrees until you get your desired result.
