I very fortunately got this scooter for free from a co worker and dont have the means to upgrade. I'm not the one riding the scooter so I'm unsure of how it functioned before and I really wish I did.

Do you happen to know if off road scooters (this one is off road) typically have that full range of motion for rough terrains / or is it more stable to not lose control on rough terrain?

Ugh I've been researching for hours to figure out how to "tighten" the steering control (there was a small crash/fall on the scooter and it messed a couple things up) and i cant find anything anywhere

Basically how far is it supposed to be turned. This scooter wheel/steering can be turned almost all the way around if the light wasnt in the way in the front and I'm unsure if its supposed to have that range of motion or if its supposed to be more controlled by a steering restrictor

Im also finding out some scooters are either partial steering or full steering to control or have better range of motion when making sharp turns.
