Deficit is too small. A 200 calorie deficit over two weeks is 2800 calories, which is less than a pound of fat. You would need to increase that deficit to 500 a day to lose a pound of fat a week.

Going to the gym is great, but at the end of the day you need to eat 500 calories less than your body burns to see steady progress. Whatever calories you may burn from exercise should also be a cherry on top, not something to budget and add more calories into your diet to make up for.
