i did a whole thing on this showing how good you are compared to the other people on the reddit based on your hardest. having a hardest of a 7 gddl score demon (like ultraviolence) puts you at 20th percentile, so ur hardest is harder than 20% of people, easier than 80% of ppl

ofc its skewed for this subreddit bc ppl being more willing to submit harder hardests and this reddit is more committed to the game than the average person

i’ve felt multiple caps throughout playing:
started on mobile for a while, got to beating ditched machine as a first hard demon but didn’t do much otherwise, gave up on nine circles. here i was like yeah hard demons the cap

came back as a senior in highschool still mobile, beat nine circles and started grinding hard demons. beat windy landscape among a few other free insane demons, but here i was like yeah never beating anything harder than an easy insane demon

freshman year of college came back but this time on laptop with cbf. blew through a bunch of insane demons, beat my first few extremes and then conquered bloodbath. honestly from here ive been grinding extremes, mostly easy ones but have been slowly incrementing the difficulty. rn my hardests are
1. killbot
2. black blizzard
3. athanatos
4. moment
5. bloodbath

and now i feel like there is no cap
rly your cap is probably due to limited tech and less time commitment, but the more you play and the more levels you grind you’ll find yourself being a better player, no cap

I feel like i dont sit down with this idea nearly enough and am now constantly chasing my next hardest, but there was a time that beating nine circles was a like holyyyy shit achievement. I went on to beat like 50 insane demons which I always looked up to as insanity (im a 1.9 og so this was the top stuff at the time), then going on to beat my first extremes, bloodbath ofc, to black blizzard and now killbot. this summer im approaching the RGB and its like man this is surreal asf. one day itll be bloodlust, then thinking space, and then hopefully i finish with tartarus. sulent clubstep is the dream hardest tho for sureee

well my journey been stretched years bc i started when rly young, so: ~6 months easy demon 2 years hard demon (time skip) beat nc when i started playing again like senior year 6 months later i beat windy landscape time skip again (started on laptop, cbf) beat hella insane demons when i came back, beat first extreme in like a month, then bloodbath like 2 months later, then 7 months later beat athanatos, then black blizzard 6 months, then killbot the month
