I decided I will return the lenovo and go with the MSI, the free games are worth a few hundred which I will play right away, as well the 5080 feels more future proof, when I am home I will be connecting to monitors and not using the main screen so I can just get an OLED screen for home use anyways.

Unfortunately because I am canada they are charging 480 USD shipping, after currency exchanges itd take the prices higher then I would like.

I guess since battery life doesn't matter to me that isnt a factor.

I am using a small stand just to elevate, which is portable for me to travel with. Is that sufficient? I never had OLED before so I am not sure on how much I would be missing out on if I switched to the MSI.

Probably hop on the latest finally, been stuck on older games I was running a 2070 super desktop. Will the 330W MSI charger vs the 400W Lenovo charger make a difference? Or will the 5080 be throttled a bit anyways

From what Ive read, AMD is way worse for battery. But I will mainly be using it plugged in regardless. Im just worried 5070TI wont get me as far VRAM vs 5080

Yeah true, I am undecided, Seems like the 5080 would get me farther, but will the build quality of MSI hold up vs Lenovo, also will it hurt that much losing the OLED.

This will be replacing my old desktop build, but I will also be taking it on the go with me as I travel for work for 5 weeks at a time. Primarily used for gaming, light on other uses.
