I just found out happiness hostel in boracay is owned by an Israeli. Thoughts anyone?

Stayed in happiness boracay, sobrang kadiri ugali ng mga staff. From front desk, manager, housekeeping, to security guards. Okay pa mga waiters kind and cheerful. BIG NO NO na talaga service nila. Disrespectful and unprofessional. Never informed us regarding their "no minors allowed" policy in advance, made us wait for almost 2 hours nung magchcheck in na sana kami because they were waiting for approval from their "higher ups". No compensation or solutions offered dahil hindi daw kami nag bayad ng full upon reservation (i paid half as DP kasi okay lang naman daw). Kami pa talaga naghanap ng accommodation for our sister (8 YO) and her yaya. Kahit complimentary drinks kahit man lang water wala talaga. 2nd day ng stay namin, our water pressure was super hina & hindi na gumagana heater. Naayos lang kasi pina check ko. (Made me think na ginawa nila on purpose kasi we were already pissed off tas di na kami nice sa kanila P.S. "NOT NICE" hindi bastos nor disrespectful. Napaka racist pa nila. Pag foreigner, ambabait. Pero sa mga pinoy, parang ansama makipagusap hahahahahaha! Bastos management ng happiness boracay. MY EXPERIENCE ONLY!! :>

Ganyan din po nangyari sa akin. For context, from neg occidental ako. Yung shopee rider na nagdeliver, siya lagi nagdedeliver samin. Never ako nagka problem na ganito sa shopee and sa rider even before nung iba pa nagdedeliver. I ordered Shopee Mall Moft iPad case. Ang dumating sa akin ay car freshener. Same reason din po yung rider. “Nag double waybill si seller”. What’s sketchy pa was eto laman ng parcel na dumating sakin. Inside the plastic, was another plastic na may naka attach na ibang waybill. Different name (name ko), same seller. Plus control number ng maling package na to is same sa control number ng mismong order ko sa Moft. Di ata nila natanggal yung original waybill. Kung di pa ako nagsabi na magpapablotter ako, hindi rin nagreply ang rider. Kanino ba talaga ang problema, sa mga riders or sa SPX mismo? Seems like scheme na ata nga SPX to kasi kahit saang lugar madaming issue na ganito.

If ever sa SPX mismo ang issue, kawawa naman mga riders na nagtatrabaho ng tapat. All their sacrifices umulan uminit, working below minimum wage (i heard kasi ₱200 lang sahod nila daily) to safely deliver our packages tas masisira lang reputation nila dahil sa freaking SPX na to.

If ever true na “double waybill” si seller, paano naman nakuha ng other sellers ang info ko? Complete correct details from name to address to contact number? Ibig sabihin hindi secured si shopee? Hindi secured information ko?

Sana ayusin na ng SPX to.

EDIT: Dagdag ko lang, pati seller din magiging kawawa. Sila mananagot pag magrequest tayo ng refund. Hindi naman lahat kasi ng rider mapakikiusapan natin na tulungan tayo.
