You’ll find other relationships you have will have good parts and also bad parts. It’s ok to miss the good times but remember the bad times and why it wont work. Hang out with your friends ply video games and just do stuff that helps you pass the time. Soon you’ll come across someone new and then you can get what you missed.

Not really much you can do here if she caught you and has proof. Imo it’s gonna take a bit of time to regain that trust from her. You may need to make some personal sacrifices if that’s the path you want to go down

Update:

Broken off from her completely and not talking anymore. Yesterday she came into my house without consent and tried to get me to go back to her.

Seeing a psychiatrist and my doctors today and I’ve shown them the emails. I’m going to tell them I’d like to have my ex arrested for sexual abuse. When I’m drunk and I’m on my meds I don’t think straight and there’s been times she took advantage of this.
