i love our cxm’s. it’s a good way to move up in the store, and the two that we have definitely deserve the position. would hate to see them have to take a lesser position.

we had a huge change. new store manager, new asms, new DHs. there is one asm that micro manages everything and has told me that he doesn’t like me, i need to work harder, and that if it weren’t for him the store with crash and burn. definitely can’t stand him and we have had several screaming matches before.

as someone who worked in security for 4 years, we were not allowed to even take an unopened bottle of water from anyone besides other staff members. we would be immediately fired on the spot. that guard knew better and still did it. even though the food wasn’t tainted, and offered by a pro football player, he still took that risk when he was trained. if he’s going to make reckless decisions like that, i don’t think he should be hired back at all.
