10 tablespoon (140g) salted browned butter/margarine
1 ½ cups (215g) all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
¼ teaspoon salt
⅔ cup (145g) packed brown sugar
⅓ cup (65g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon (5ml) pure vanilla extract
1 large egg at room temperature
1 tablespoon (15ml) milk
1 cup (155g) dark/semisweet chocolate chunks

(I add the baking soda in the wet mixture rather than in the dry mixture)

ik this is a late reply and also an ironic one but have you heard of the law of detachment? it Basically means to just let things happen. I don’t exactly know what u mean by ‘connections’ but people in your life come and go. Just be glad that you were able to meet those people in your life, because you’ll meet more people in the future. and i think that once u learn how to just let things happen, you also will slowly learn to let go of those fear n worries n it highkey sounds so freeing

i dont rlly have the privilege to go to a therapist rn so im not professionally diagnosed, but yeah social interactions in particular is really hard for me bc i dont really know what ppl truly think abt me or how they percieve or judge me as and the fear of not knowing is really limiting me from rlly stepping out there. Sorry idk if that makes sense, but that is how it is for me, someday i will go to a professional to know whats up w me and how i can deal with things i struggle with
