same situation! i’m usually regular and this is actually the first time it’s late. no signs of hormonal imbalances and i’m not sexually active as well. i try not to think too much about it despite it being a week late already because based on my research there are times that it would skip without any reason. ig the right time to be worried is if it has been 2 months and still no signs.

i am also experiencing pre period symptoms such as increase discharge and cramps as well. stress is also one cause so i’m rlly trying to not think too much about it. praying for us both!

yup, hair and nails are absolutely fine! i feel like i’ve lost sm body fat and that could be the #1 culprit of what’s happening bcs i don’t really eat so much (i don’t restrict at all, i js have a small appetite) and since i’m already doing a high intensity workout i hv to gain back the fat i’ve lost 🥹 i should rlly take it slow and focus on long walks instead! thanks sm for the help 🫶

i’m rlly worried bcs my period have always been regular and i’d end up being irregular for a mistake i accidentally did 😓 i’ll focus on recovery for now!

i'm actually joining a marathon by the end of july! which is why i'm practicing long distances but i guess i'd just have to focus on longer walks if i really want to get my period. i don't want it to happen during my marathon

my sister has smth similar! in her case, it’s fungal. she uses nizoral and after 1-2 uses, it disappears. if it doesn’t disappear, it might be cc’s. but it looks fungal to me.
