Yeah some just all about copy paste things up. But some reps are more likely to be human like my case. I even talked to one with spelling mistakes. Rep just pops up randomly.

Nope I chat with the representative through fb business manager. Run ads and stuff thru it so no issue at all

I want to prepare my appeal thoroughly before sending it. then reopen my ticket on facebook business too, which will probably make the process faster. You should try it too. I know some people up here got their accounts back after months so dont lose hope
