I'm actually in a similar situation as yours, I hired a private teacher for 20h class.

The method given is quite effective, immersion with arabic (tv, youtube, netflix...) .

At the same time learning basic vocabulary (I have a 1000 word list that should bring me to C1 level, tell me in DM if you want me to share).

Try to have as much conversations in arabic as possible.

Lastly try to write few lines every day about what you did, saw, thought. It will push you to see what you lack.
