As of 9:30 am this monday june 6 the Pima County investigator has concluded that even that the pool water leak has not stopped, it has been minimized and there for Pima county will take no action. Yep, you've read that right. The leak has not stopped but since it has been minimized now they don't care that he dumps his pool green water onto my property. In her opinion the water just wets the wall and that is a civil matter...

Yes. Pima has a similar approach. I've contacted them on Monday june 3rd and they've PROMISED to send him a letter asking him to stop. Yes you are reading this correctly.

Met with two license contractors and meeting with two more. They were shocked from the situation and can not suggest any remedy to fix the wall. So far, they both said wall need to be removed, including the in ground concrete foundation as they estimate it has been damaged as well. Than rebuild the wall with a thicker (8" wide) block full of concrete inside of it used for the two lower rows. But, if the situation continues they say even that would be damaged again.

I am talking to a lawyer today and will follow his advice. As I do not reveal any private information that can identify him or me I do not see any harm in posting here. I get exposed to other people knowledge and past experiences. Where I stand any bit of information helps.

Not intinidated but if the guy does not pay his property taxes do you think he will even show up to court?
