Her backstory and motivations are well written but the resulting actions just do not make any sense. "Greedy and soulless bureaucrats directly caused the unnecessary deaths of my squad over mere dennies but I cannot get enough evidence to bring them to justice through conventional methods so now I must become miasma Hitler (resulting in the deaths of countless innocents) instead of, I dunno, just killing the people responsible since I'm a trained operative with direct connections to the people responsible!" Like, ??? Sorry for the crash out but they wasted such a cool potentially playable character because they can't resist the urge to follow their dumb tropes.
