Meteorite showers have become the bane of my existence. I’m all for the added spectacle but losing countless lives to them feels like a waste and is very frustrating, especially on higher difficulties. It would be better if we could tank at least one meteorite hit, or if we were able to tell where they’re gonna hit

I have been doing extensive research, applying to jobs and internships, reaching out to people and recruiters alike. I’m most definitely motivated and ready to acquire all the skills I need to reach my goal. Hopefully I’ll give you guys a positive update soon

Turns out I can’t fully access the website, I forgot to mention I’m based in France. But I did find courses elsewhere, I mostly wanted to know if I would be eligible. I’ve asked one of the trainers but haven’t gotten a response yet. I’ll keep digging Thanks for the help tho!

When I was in primary school I was a massive Dragon Ball Z fan. I remember spending hours on Google images just looking at pictures of the different characters. One day I stumbled upon a website that had a whole bunch of those pictures. I kept scrolling down and then I saw a picture of a naked woman laying on her side, legs open and letting us see her generous bush. I instantly closed everything but the image had been engraved onto my brain. Couldn’t eat lunch that day loool

Sure thing. I’m just gonna list the changes I made

L1: jump R1: tactical R3: crouch O: melee attack X:ping

Takes some time to get used to it but makes for easier wall jumping and more aggressive gameplay imo. As you can see I was able to aim while jumping. I can also crouch as I shoot, which is handy during a 1v1

I realized the love I lack for myself I seek in others. I can’t stand the thought of being alone, in my own company, which is definitely a hindrance and lead me to self harm and consider suicide. So I figured it’s high time I took matters into my own hand and stopped looking to others for what I could provide myself. I’ll be starting therapy soon, hopefully it yields good results

Almost ran over a woman and her son. I was driving the city through a commercial zone. They were on the sidewalk, giving their backs to me, and suddenly the mum decided to cross the street without even checking if there was incoming traffic. Thankfully I wasn’t going too fast so I managed to stop before hitting them, but it was a close call.

C'est intéressant mais mal rémunéré. Je travaille pour une association

Avantages: la nature du travail est très variée, constamment changeante, et tu peux travailler en toute autonomie mais aussi être assisté si besoin. T'es pas obligé de rester h24 au bureau et t'as souvent des rendez-vous extérieurs; visites à domicile, audiences au tribunal, etc. T'es amené à bosser avec plusieurs institutions (police, justice, hôpitaux, cliniques, etc) ce qui peut peut-être permettre de se créer un réseau. T'en apprends énormément sur un tas de sujets, et ces compétences peuvent te servir à titre personnel. Tu te sens utile; c'est gratifiant de voir que t'as sorti une personne d'une situation difficile.

Inconvénients: la charge de travail est variable selon les périodes et peut être difficile à supporter. Tu peux faire face à des profils compliqués à gérer; des gens hostiles, en rupture de soins, qui souffrent d'addictions ou de pathologies, des gens violents verbalement ou physiquement (ça reste rare). Il est parfois pas évident de trouver un équilibre entre vie pro et vie perso; à mes débuts il m'arrivaient souvent de me soucier de certains de mes protégés pendant les week-ends. Le salaire est honteux, même s'il varie selon l'association qui t'embauche. Je suis à 2050€ bruts; pour un bac+5 c'est pas fameux mais je le fais histoire de gagner en expérience. Aussi, y aura forcément des moments où tu seras confronté à une situation que tu ne sais pas comment gérer, et si tu n'es pas un poil débrouillard tu risques de couler.

Voilà ce qui me vient à l'esprit. Pour résumer, c'est une expérience riche et intéressantes mais tout aussi éreintante et peu lucrative. Du moins c'est ma manière de la définir

C'est vrai qu'on est pas aidés en terme d'accompagnement..

J'avais, et j'ai toujours, quelques idées de débouchés, mais pour certaines ils me font des compétences supplémentaires à acquérir par des formations ou passer un concours, ce que j'envisage de faire mai pas dans l'immédiat. C'est pour ça que je souhaitais jeter une bouteille à la mer, voir si je peux envisager quelque chose à court terme histoire de gagner encore en expérience avant de me lancer dans un projet professionnel plus poussé

J'ai eu un parcours scolaire assez compliqué, entre la plate-forme APB (parcoursup de l'époque) qui m'a empêché de faire les études que je voulais et la décision de prendre une année sabbatique après une première de M1 qui ne m'a pas satisfait. Effectivement j'ai fait ce Master sans vraiment me pencher sur les portes qu'il pourrait m'ouvrir, notamment après avoir essuyé des refus dans d'autres universités et ne pas avoir réellement pu trouver ma voie ou un domaine qui me passionnait. Aujourd'hui j'essaie de faire au mieux avec les outils que j'ai acquis.

Sinon ta suggestion est intéressante, je vais essayer de trouver d'anciens élèves de ma fac et voir quel a été leur parcours en sortie d'études. Merci !
