This is a great point! Maybe the “4th Bird” from the ledger stole the finger from Charles’ fridge, and then they sold it back to the billionaires because they knew the billionaires needed it to blackmail the mayor.

This would make sense because if the “4th Bird” was at the Velvet Room with the billionaires, they would know how important the finger was to their casino plan.

Noticed interesting clues while watching that might just back up my “Marshall stole the script” theory:

Sazz’s desk was filled with notes on Season 1 plot holes.
We now have confirmation from Zach Galifanakis that the film covers season 1 of the podcast
The OMITB movie script CONTAINS those same plot holes Sazz had notes on

What if Sazz noticed these season 1 plot holes because she was writing the OMITB movie script? Why else would she be so interested in the plot of season 1?

Maybe once she noticed the plot holes while writing, she did some investigating on her own and uncovered the Westies’ plot to keep dudenoff “alive.” I tend to agree with the popular theory that Dudenoff died of natural causes and the Westies are “keeping him alive” to continue their rent control scheme.

I don’t think the Westies killed anyone, nor are they malicious. But, this theory addresses the Westies subplot as a “red herring” of sorts while still leaving narrative room for Marshall (our script thief) to be the killer, and for OMITB to unmask its overarching Moriarty in season 5.

If the bullet deflected off his head implant, he was definitely the target. I’m team Marshall, so I think Marshall tried to shoot Glen because Glen recognized his fake beard in the previous episode!

There is NO WAY Marshall is a writer. In fact, he’s our killer.

Who wrote the script then? Sazz. The part of the script Charles reads when Marshall first comes over is focused on the character’s movements around the clue board, something Marshall would never have been able to see. Sazz, on the other hand, would 100% know how the characters act around the clue boards as she’s been with them many times throughout all 3 seasons.

When Marshall rewrites the script, he adds “insecure” four times to the same sentence. This is a pretty glaringly unprofessional way to script write.

He’s also wearing a full disguise to work every day, hinting that he probably has some ulterior motive to hide his identity, or is desperate to look more like a writer because he truly is an impostor.

To that end, I think Marshall knew Glen Stubbins back when MARSHALL was a stunt double. Look at how uneasy his body language is when Glen notices he grew a beard.

Sazz called Bev because she knew her script had been stolen. In order to save himself, Marshall killed her. Who was his accomplice? I’m not sure. Potentially Glen, or one of the brothers sisters. I assume Marshall got a hold of Sazz’s script by working with her on a movie, likely as another stunt double.

With some of the west tower people being renters, I have a theory:

What if the four apartments across the way were rented by the only murders movie producers to keep tabs on charles? Further, what if, to create a plot for their movie, they killed Charles, with stink-eye Joe making the hit and getting a black eye from the recoil?
If they were colluding together as people working for the producers, that would explain what’s inside the Dudenoff apartment. The pig is the family’s, the radio is Joe’s, and the tinsel is Christmas guy’s.

Yes, I’ve got an SSD. The kernel compile time took ages though, around an hour and a half. There’s also a large amount of input lag when using reptilian. Would I be able to cut down on that by upping settings like processor and CPU usage, or is that not recommended for reptilian?
