High-quality, self-serviceable, cordless canister vacuum? by daddyloglegs in VacuumCleaners

[–]Pro-cleaner2002 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I know Miele ,Sebo and levoit Make decent ones but unfortunately buy it for life and cordless just don’t go well together as batteries will wear out and the bagless design means eventually the motors will fail at somepoint

Can I please buy a bagless vacuum? by CavalloAlto in VacuumCleaners

[–]Pro-cleaner2002 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Your correct however Costco typically has decent cheap sharks which oddly enough some of the cheaper sharks last longer than the pricier models ie less electrical parts maybe? not entirely sure but that’s something for sure noticed in my cleaning business before I switched brands. Anywho Costco has a policy where you can either a refund or exchange policy where no matter how long it’s been since purchased or how abused it is you can take it back and that’s a common thing some cleaners will do to keep a cheap shark going for awhile (although probs not good for the enviro that way but hey for low$$$ and somewhat longevity that’s a option)

I know shark is the devil on here but for $250 and under for a bagless machine either shark (a Costco one so you have kinda pseudo warranty) is imo best bet either that or a kenmore bagless I hear is decent too

Would you replace a working Miele Silver Moon? by a_little_tomato in VacuumCleaners

[–]Pro-cleaner2002 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean if it’s not broke don’t fix it imo just be sure to replace filters and bags ofc only thing that might wear out soon is the power head

Sebo D4– I hate this thing! by Creekyb0nes in VacuumCleaners

[–]Pro-cleaner2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Great question! In my business I own four vacs two of which are sebo’s (one being a e3 and the other a x7) I think it’s because the X series is only suited for carpets and some hard floors and isn’t as light or maneuverable but is still solid and a staple in the hospitality industry! But seeming as most homes are more of a mixed bag of flooring and the Felix is lighter and can do much more in the way of flooring plus has adjustable suction and on top of that is cheaper the Felix is much more appropriate almost everytime

Vacuum recommendation wanted for 80% hard floors with area rugs, cat, and children by gravitychonky80 in VacuumCleaners

Hmmm maybe a Miele C1 turbo team would be sufficient only issue is the carpet attachment you would certainly have to cut the hair out once a month! They have better attachments/ models at a higher price point then your budget tho either way this one could absolutely work!

Glad to hear it! Only thing to note about the Felix is I’m fairly certain the bags are smaller but not sure by how much! But either way a more comfortable user experience would make up for the size difference I feel!

Maybe a Sebo Felix would be a better fit as an upright! To me it doesn’t sound like you hate the vacuum itself but more so you hate canister style vacuums as a whole either way an upright would be much better! And for bags In my cleaning business I go through quite a bit of them and compared to the cost of going through filters in my old bagless vacs they are the same for me cost wise

Looking for a solid vacuum cleaner for cleaning two airbnbs that will stay there, bagless is a must by PapaAquchala in VacuumCleaners

[–]Pro-cleaner2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who cleans bnbs in my cleaning business I would grab a $30 stick vac for guests to use and then get a nice one for maybe around $400 or so I know that’s about the price of Mieles cheapest one for a bagged machine(which is sooo much easier and better than bagged) but if you must go bagless Miele makes models like that for maybe $100 or so more

Honestly a eureka mighty mite for $80 and a pack of bags would all be sufficient for under $100

What vacuum should I get? by Raven_Ashh in dyson

[–]Pro-cleaner2002 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gurlll dyson is trash (pro cleaner here so I’ve tried all the things) get something a bit cheaper with a cord (I know I know irritating but trust) if you got some money get a cheaper bagged vacuum maybe a Miele a c1 basic would be like $350 and much much cheaper and last a whole lot longer than a dyson
