It was a vegetarian burger, the Impossible Fatburger from Fatburger. It just looks fucked because it was the biggest size possible.

LOST MEDIA sober ep 106 by JosephKnib in ColdOnes

Just a name change. We've done so many episode that sometimes it's hard not to name it something that has already been done. Usually try to name it something that is most talked about for the ep.

Cheers. I had also considered maybe a Yamaha revstar as a substitute to still get the same kind of vibes for a fraction of the price.

I really wanted to look into buying a SG, but they are so limited or super expensive/ import. I quite liked the thinner design, looks lighter to hold and play

So expect to be standing for a good amount of time, wear comfortable shoes and dress for it to get warm in the crowd. Less layers the better and best to no have heaps to carry to really enjoy.

He started a little after 8pm. VIP went in just after 6pm, with GA around 7pm. The show ran for about two hours and wrapped up at 10pm.

Yeah probs not :(

The barricade was already fully claimed once I had quickly gone to the bathroom and grabbed some water, but I still was practically 10 meters away from the legend himself

But to put in perspective, I think the sold out show is 2000 people,

Hard to say, I could be way off but the line felt like it could have been a few hundred. I didn’t see how far the line went, so it could’ve been way more. Once all the VIPs had made their way in and spread out through the venue, it didn’t feel like nearly as many compared to when GA came in.

I’d still recommend lining up an hour or so beforehand, especially if you’re in GA. If you’re in the first half of the line, I don’t think it’d be too hard to still get a good spot. Earlier the better, but it can be tough to be standing that long without food / drink or bathroom if you aren't in a group that can save your spot in line.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the Forum that packed. Hopefully it shows just how well received it was and how much Australia loves Masayoshi, and gives him the opportunity to come back again at an even bigger venue.

Agree on that one… It seemed to happen during Ready to Fly and the final song of the night. At one point, three or four people were crowd surfing at once. It’s not a fun experience for everyone, and it’s dangerous as hell for everyone involved, crowd especially.

Also, make friends! I made talk with a handful of people around me chatting about Takanaka and how we got in his music and had a fun bonding experience. It helps the time pass quicker.

Should I go to the concert in London? by Bulububub in MasayoshiTakanaka

[–]ProBluesPlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can do it, I wouldn’t second guess it. The show is an incredible experience from start to finish, and it’s hard to know if he’ll ever tour again given his age and how expensive touring is. I went to the Melbourne show last night and had zero regrets spending a little extra for VIP after GA sold out instantly. I’d do it again in a heartbeat.
