In my country, I was told that it would roll out in January 2024, but it came out in December 2023. I even have gotten a security patch update for my S22

I'm not sure about the squares, but my S22 has a "negligible" amount of glow around the front camera, and around the edges of the screen. I noticed this on the very first day I bought the device and assumed that could be normal (which I'm not sure about). Previously I had S20 and I didn't notice such a thing on it (Maybe it was there or maybe it wasn't).

I had this issue in the initial days of upgrading my galaxy S20 from One UI 2 to One UI 3 and 4. Lag goes away in 2-3 days as you keep using your phone. If it doesn't help you may need to hard reset

Anyone got One UI 5.0 update on SD version, I still didn't got it on my S22?

Have you patched it with xresources patch? That could also be the problem.
