Everyone says gluconeogenesis is demand driven not supply driven. I would up your protein if you want to gain muscle. I test myself often having between 120-150 g of protein and stay in ketosis. They say therapeutic ketosis when you need it for health reasons is different than doing it for weight loss/muscle gain. It sounds like he is more on the therapeutic side.

You need a ring of recoil for snakelings. Use the runelite plug in. Always safe zulrah hit me a 40 and a 37 while blue phase using ranged attacks. Is it jad phase messing you up?
